Grapes are harvested into 15 kg boxes, completely de-stalked, fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks followed by a long maceration period and finished with a gentle pressing
Ageing
12 months in used French oak barrels
Gastronomy
Serve at a temperature of 16 to 18 ºC. Seasoned or grilled red meats and sausages. Lamb stew or grilled veal steak Mirandesa style
