Gastronomy
Serve between 16 and 18 ºC. Seasoned or grilled meats, fully or moderately matured cheeses. Roasted pork leg, baked or grilled dried salt cod.

Grapes harvested in 18 kg boxes, soft pressed after a short maceration, and fermented in stainless steel vats with temperature control

6 months in stainless steel tanks in contact with lees.

Gastronomy
Serve between 10 and 12 oC. Bivalves, pâtés and soft cheeses, grilled or roasted fish. Codfish salad with aromatic herbs

Tasting Notes
Citrine color. Fruity and elegant aroma with a fresh and smooth mouth and a finish where the tropical notes stand out combined with a good acidity.

Gastronomy
Serve between 10 and 12oC. Bivalves, pâtés and mild cheeses, grilled or roasted fish. Codfish salad with aromatic herbs.

Tasting Notes
Pink coloured wine, fruity, reminiscent of red fruits. Good structure and good acidity giving it freshness and longevity. Fresh and pleasant finish reminiscent of fruit.
